Terms of Service

1. Account and Registration

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. All transactions occurring under your account are your responsibility.

Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or registering with someone else's information is prohibited. In such cases, your account may be permanently suspended.

2. Pack and Test Rules

  • Pack members commit to testing other members' apps every day for 16 days.
  • Members who miss tests are automatically removed from the pack.
  • The removed member's app is removed from the pack; other members continue from where they left off.
  • The pack starts automatically when it reaches 18 members.
  • A member who leaves the pack has their app removed from the pack.
  • Each member can only be in one pack at a time.

3. Pack Rules

  • Each pack consists of a maximum of 18 members.
  • Users who do not comply with pack rules may be removed from the pack.
  • Pack management and the testing process are carried out within the framework of rules determined by the platform.
  • If abuse (bots, fake accounts, cheating) is detected, the account is permanently suspended.
  • Platform management reserves the right to make pack adjustments when deemed necessary.

4. Crypto Payment and Fast Track Service

  • The Fast Track service covers premium membership in a pack and a 16-day testing process for $10 USDT (TRC-20).
  • Payment is made to the specified USDT wallet address. The TX Hash is provided by the user.
  • Testers are assigned within 6 hours after payment confirmation. The testing process lasts 16 days.
  • TX Hash verification is done by the admin. Invalid/incorrect TX Hash may result in order cancellation.
  • USDT refunds are sent back to the same wallet. Transaction fees are borne by the user.
  • If your Google Play production access application is rejected, your $10 USDT will be refunded.

5. User Conduct

  • It is mandatory to treat other users with respect and professionalism.
  • Insults, threats, harassment, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Spam, advertising, or unauthorized promotion is not allowed on the platform.
  • Apps containing prohibited content (drugs, weapons, gambling, adult content) are not accepted.
  • Users who violate rules are permanently removed without warning.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the applications and content you upload to the platform belong to you. PremiumPeek has the right to access this content to the extent necessary to carry out the testing process. Your applications are not shared with third parties; only your pack members can access them for testing purposes.

7. Disclaimer

PremiumPeek helps you meet Google Play publishing requirements but does not guarantee publication approval. Google Play's publishing policies may change; the platform cannot be held responsible for situations arising from these changes. You acknowledge that the platform may experience service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure.
